  • A registered real estate agency ("Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria" / API) in Spain or any other jurisdiction
  • A regulated financial intermediary, broker-dealer, or investment firm under Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, or any equivalent regulation
  • A regulated investment advisor, wealth manager, or portfolio manager
  • A tax advisor, attorney, auditor, or notary
  • A credit institution or payment service provider
  • A platform for the offering, listing, or public distribution of securities, real estate, or any other regulated asset
  • An operator of collective investment schemes, funds, or pooled investment vehicles
